About
Sechelt Hospital is an acute care, 67-bed facility located on BC’s Sunshine Coast. In 1964, the hospital was moved from Garden Bay to Sechelt, thanks to the shíshálh Nation’s gift of more than 11.2 acres. Today, the hospital serves more than 33,000 year-round residents, with one of the highest percentages of seniors in the province.
We raise funds to ensure our health care providers have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities so they can provide the best possible care for patients and families, here on the Coast.
