How your gift will be used
When you include UCalgary in your estate plan, you are joining a group of visionary philanthropists who are committed to supporting future generations and transforming our world. A planned gift of any size allows you to join the University of Calgary Legacy Society and connect with like-minded community members who share your passion for creating lasting, positive change.
You decide how you would like to give — through charitable bequests, gifts of registered retirement assets, charitable trusts, life insurance, gifts in kind, and gifts of publicly traded securities.
You determine what your gift supports, with 100 per cent of your contribution going towards the fund or funds of your choosing. Through the generosity of legacy giving, you can empower students through scholarships and bursaries, support life-changing research initiatives, and advance innovative teaching and learning.
