Dress for Success Vancouver empowers women and gender-diverse individuals to achieve financial independence and personal success through meaningful employment. Our programs address the systemic barriers that impact access to employment opportunities, economic security, and personal resilience. Beyond helping clients find jobs, we help them build the confidence and connections needed for a thriving future. We know that when women succeed, families and communities flourish.
Our Impact
Since 1999, we have served over 48,000 individuals, providing professional attire, career programs, leadership development, and a strong community of support. This is an estimated economic impact of $2.4 billion.
