How your gift will be used
Leaving a gift in your will to support the Montreal Holocaust Museum is a powerful way to create a lasting legacy that promotes education, remembrance, and the fight against antisemitism, racism, and all forms of hatred. A planned gift helps ensure that future generations can learn about the Holocaust through meaningful exhibitions, educational programs, and survivor testimonies that preserve the memory of those who suffered and perished. As the number of living survivors continues to decline, the Museum’s role in safeguarding their stories becomes increasingly important. By including the Museum in your estate plans, you are making a long-term investment in historical awareness, human rights education, and social responsibility. Your generosity can help expand access to educational resources for students, teachers, researchers, and the broader public, fostering understanding and encouraging individuals to stand against discrimination and injustice. A gift in your will also reflects deeply held personal values and allows you to support a cause that will continue to make a meaningful impact long after your lifetime. Through this thoughtful act of philanthropy, you can help ensure that the lessons of the Holocaust are never forgotten and that future generations are inspired to build a more inclusive, compassionate, and respectful society.
